Office Mobile For Office 365 Subscribers
Just like the desktop version of Microsoft Office, Office Mobile for Office 365 Subscribers is a bit pricey. However, it’s worth it if you spend a lot of time using Microsoft Office on your desktop already. Office Mobile For Office 365 Subscribers can access, view and edit your Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint documents while on-the-go. The documents look like the originals since it supports charts, animations, graphics, and shapes. As you make edits and add comments to a document, the formatting and content will remain intact. Cloud sharing works through SkyDrive, SkyDrive Pro, or SharePoint.

Square Register
Square enables users to accept credit cards anywhere using a free card reader and free point of sale tools. Square takes a 2.75% cut for all major credit cards without merchant accounts or hidden fees. The funds from swiped payments are deposited into your bank account within 1-2 business days. On the iPad version of the Square Register app, the user interface looks like a traditional cash register.

This free app, owned by LinkedIn turns your business cards into LinkedIn Connections simply by taking a photo. CardMunch has seen well over 1.8 million business cards scanned so far. Perfect for networking events, seminars or when you’re out on the town and make a connection you want to remember.

TripIt – Travel Organizer
For business travelers this is gold. TripIt makes it easier to organize and share travel itineraries through e-mail Facebook and LinkedIn contacts. As you receive confirmation e-mails from the different services that you book with, you simply forward them to plans@tripit.com and the itenerary is updated.

Mailchimp
This app allows email marketers access to manage lists, add new subscribers, send campaigns and view reports from within the MailChimp app. The managing lists component can come in handy at a networking event, for example, if someone wants to be added to your list. You can also edit subscriber profiles and add notes on the spot. MailChimp mobile gives marketers instance access to campaign stats, including revenue reports.

Basecamp’s official app lets teams check in on projects from anywhere and includes the latest news on each project. Designers, marketers and other people on projects, can jump in on discussions to share their thoughts so other team members are never waiting for feedback or next steps.

GoToMeeting 
GoToMeeting lets service providers host or schedule meetings and view slide presentations or other reports that the host wants to share. With GoToMeeting, collaboration also won’t suffer just because people are in different places.
